HC 6-high rolling mill is a low cost high profit investment. It is a high precision steel strip cold rolling mill with intermediate rolls which can be shifted for good plate shape. The rolling mill can roll high quality plate and strip with high efficiency, high yield and is energy saving. It also has longevity with its wearing parts having a long life span. It is also simple to operate and easy to maintain.

The hydraulic positive and negative bending roll system will be installed on work rolls and intermediate rolls. There is a gauge meter and speed meter installed in mill showing and testing automatically. The shift of intermediate roll will be locked with, mechanical or hydraulic modes. Hydraulic hold down and automatic gauge control can be provided.

The cold rolling thin strip can be produced by hc six hi single stand reversing mill or tandem mill. The drive can be used in work roll or intermediate roll and work roll. The intermediate roll and work roll have positive and minus bending roll systems stage cooling will be provided on the surface of rolls the HAGC cylinder will be installed on the top of the mill and the wedge adjuster provided can be installed on the bottom off the mill. The mill can be driven by D.C or A.C motor, and meanwhile the mill can also provide the following automatic control systems; Total digital stepless speed control; PLC control; second flow control; pre-setting of intermediate shift; position automatic control and lock-on; cpc automatic centering; on-line adjust of bending roll; and servo system control. The tension reel will use a tensiometer to build up tension on a closed loop while it also has protective functions to prevent the strip breaking.
