Beijing TET will supply precious multi-roll leveler (four high/ six high) which will be used in strip finishing process after cold rolling in order to eliminate all kinds of bugs in strip surface and tension differences between lengthwise and transverse to promote the property of deep-drawing.

The high process precision and flatness

Six high multi-roll leveler will be able to supply better flatness than four high.

The mill will consist of rolls, housing and screw-down system.

Leveler will have two driving mode, driving and non-driving.

The leveler will consist of screw -down device, top/bottom working rolls, top/bottom intermediate rolls (six high) and top/bottom backup rolls.

Rolls, including top/bottom working rolls, intermediate rolls (six high) and back up rolls.

The working rolls will have enough stiffness; six-high will be able to eliminate bright trace created by Four-high to promote strip surface quality.

Working roll screw-down device. It will be driven by motor and two worm gear reducers to lift the working rolls and swing device.

Working roll screw-down driving device, it will be installed on the housing beam.

Four worm gear devices are connected with screw rod by spline.

Screw rod can be lifted through nt's rotation to drive working roll lifting.

Backup roll and adjusting device.

Backup rolls will be divided into top backup Rolland bottom backup roll.#

Top backup roll will be lifted through nut and screw rod driving .

Top backup roll adjustment will be implemented by three motors and worm gear reducers. The photoelectric coded disc will be installed to display bottom backup lifting distance.
