TET
has a committment to excellence for its employees and staff training.
100% of
all TET employees have undergraduate higher education qualifications
with 70% having a master's degree or above or senior staff titles.
However with the increase of foreign companies, personnel and
technological exchanges, business exchanges in China, TET found
that not only do US and European companies use English to communicate
but the Asian countries now use English as their primary language
for conducting business abroad. These countries included Thailand,
Indonesia, Malaysia which are all major trading markets for
TET.
TET has
thus made English proficiency a top priority. At the request
of the staff, TET has developed English Staff Training Seminars.
Other initiatives include English Open Mouth Meetings and English
Reading Classes. This helps TET create a good spoken English
learning environment.
